Prairie State Sports Medicine Center is a sports medicine practice in the far western suburbs of Chicago. Dr. Brian Babka started the practice in 2003, and it has continued to grow with the addition of a second office in 2006.

We are trained to evaluate and treat active individuals of all ages and skill levels, and we are uniquely qualified to treat both musculoskeletal conditions and medical problems affecting athletic performance. We specialize in sports physicals, musculoskeletal and overuse injuries, medical issues affecting athletic performance, and “return to play” issues.

Our goal is to return individuals to active, healthy lifestyles as quickly and safely as possible through individual treatment plans focusing on “the whole person” and his or her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

We concentrate treatment and rehabilitation on decreasing the risk of recurrent injury and educate our patients on injury prevention. We will always encourage and promote lifelong physical activity, fitness, and wellness.
